No, all of the cases that we accept are upon a contingency fee arrangement. You do not have to pay us money up front. If and only if we recover money for you in settlement or trial will we charge a fee and that fee comes out of the case. Necessary out-of-pocket expenses are paid by the law firm and reimbursed out of the client’s share of settlement proceeds.
You will not necessarily have to go to court. Throughout the process of representing our clients, we constantly strive to achieve the most cost effective solution.
